We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

Nachtmann har slebet krystal siden 1834 i Bayern, i den lille by Neustadt an der Waldnaab ikke langt fra den tjekkiske grænse. Huset kalder sit glas Fine Bavarian Crystal og er især kendt for sine slibemønstre: rhomberne i Noblesse, de lodrette riller i Aspen og fladerne i Square.
