We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

Nachtmann
Nachtmann slijpt sinds 1834 kristal in Beieren, in het stadje Neustadt an der Waldnaab niet ver van de Tsjechische grens. Het huis noemt zijn glas Fine Bavarian Crystal en is vooral bekend van de slijppatronen: de ruiten van Noblesse, de verticale groeven van Aspen, de vlakken van Square. Het kristalglas dat er nu gemaakt wordt is loodvrij.
Dat slijpwerk doet iets met licht wat glad glas niet kan, en daarom komen deze glazen op een gedekte tafel het best tot hun recht. Een tumbler schittert al voordat er iets in staat en voelt door de zware wand stevig in de hand. Het assortiment loopt van tumblers en whiskyglazen tot longdrinkglazen, champagneflutes, koffieglazen en karaffen, zodat je één patroon over de hele tafel kunt doortrekken.
