If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

Nachtmann har slebet krystal siden 1834 i Bayern, i den lille by Neustadt an der Waldnaab ikke langt fra den tjekkiske grænse.
