Bar Professional Speakeasy Trident Bar Spoon Copper 30 Cm
Bekijk de gehele collectie
This bar spoon from Bar Professional’s Speakeasy Premium Collection is 30 centimeters long, made of stainless steel, and finished with a warm copper-colored coating. The handle is twisted in the classic Japanese style: the spiral is not decoration but a tool. You place the spoon between your thumb and index finger and let it roll through your fingers, creating a smooth stirring motion along the wall of your mixing glass with minimal movement. Exactly what you need to chill and dilute a Negroni or Manhattan without introducing air. You can also let liquid flow gently downward along the same spiral when building a layered cocktail and keeping the layers separate. At the top is a three-pronged trident that serves as a fork for fishing a cherry, olive, or piece of peel out of the jar.
Why 30 centimeters
The length determines how comfortably you can work. Thirty centimeters is the size that suits a standard mixing glass and most shakers, allowing you to reach the bottom without your hand hanging into the glass. If you work with taller mixing glasses or large carafes, a longer model is more comfortable. The copper appearance complements the rest of the Speakeasy line, allowing you to build your bar station as a cohesive whole rather than with separate pieces. The spoon is part of the Bar Professional range.
Care
Keep the copper coating looking its best by rinsing the spoon by hand after use and drying it immediately; harsh dishwasher detergents will eventually damage the finish. The core is stainless steel, so there is no need to worry about rust or flavor transfer. The spoon is also available in other lengths and finishes within the bar spoon range.

Over het merk
Bar Professional
