Pallini Peachello
The summery sister of limoncello. The same approach, but with ripe white peach instead of lemon: soft, fruity and velvety, chilled neat or with prosecco in a spritz.

White peach instead of lemon
Pallini Peachello is a peach liqueur from the same Roman family that has been making limoncello since 1875. The approach is related, but ripe white peaches take center stage. They give this liqueur a different character from limoncello: softer, rounder and sweeter, with a velvety texture and natural fruit notes instead of the sharp freshness of lemon peel.
At 26%, it has the same ABV as regular Pallini Limoncello. That means it can be enjoyed in the same ways: chilled neat, on ice, or topped with prosecco to make a spritz. Its balance of sweet and fresh also makes it suitable as a flavoring in cocktails and desserts.
In brief
Soft, juicy and velvety
Ripe peach
The aroma of ripe white peach, sweet and sunny, without limoncello's sharp citrus notes.
Velvety smooth
Soft and fruity, with a velvety texture. Sweet, but with enough freshness to keep it from feeling heavy.
Fruity and fresh
A fruity finish in which the peach lingers, balanced between sweet and fresh.
Flavor profile of Pallini Peachello served chilled. In a spritz, it becomes drier and fresher.
Three ways to drink Peachello
Peachello is a liqueur for summer. Chilled neat, on ice or with bubbles, and equally good as an after-dinner drink with a fruity dessert.
As a peach spritz
6 cl Pallini Peachello, 9 cl prosecco and a splash of sparkling water over plenty of ice in a large wine glass, with a peach wedge or a lemon slice. Smoother and fruitier than a limoncello spritz.
Spritz glasses →Chilled neat
Place the bottle in the refrigerator or freezer and pour 4 cl into a small, chilled liqueur glass. This keeps the peach fresh and makes it feel less sweet.
Glass: liqueur glass →On ice
5 cl over a few large ice cubes in a tumbler, optionally with a slice of fresh peach. The melting ice gradually lightens it; ideal on a warm evening.
Tumblers →Summer cocktails with Peachello
Wherever a recipe calls for peach liqueur, you can use Peachello. It is smoother than most peach liqueurs and brings real white peach flavor.

Bellini
White peach and prosecco. A splash of Peachello makes the peach fuller.
Sex on the Beach
Vodka, peach liqueur, orange, and cranberry. Softer and less candy-sweet with Peachello.
Woo Woo
Vodka, peach liqueur, and cranberry over ice. Quick to make and summery.
