Pallini Limonzero alcohol-free
Alcohol-free limoncello from the same family that has been making regular Pallini since 1875. An infusion of lemon zest from the Amalfi Coast, fresh and sweet, made for a spritz that everyone at the table can enjoy.

Lemon zest, but without alcohol
Pallini Limonzero is the alcohol-free alternative to limoncello. It is made with the same type of lemon as regular Pallini: the zest of lemons from the Amalfi Coast, with protected designation of origin. An infusion is made from the zest, which, together with water, sugar, natural flavoring, and a little citric acid, makes up the drink. It contains 0% alcohol.
Because it contains no alcohol, Limonzero is not a liqueur and is not as syrupy as limoncello. It has a pure, fresh taste, and its color gives that away too: not completely clear, but soft yellow-green, like freshly squeezed lemon juice. Since there is no alcohol to preserve it, a preservative has been added.
In brief
Pure lemon, without the warmth
Fresh lemon
A pure lemon aroma of zest and juice, without added fragrances that overpower the lemon.
Fresh and sweet
Pure and fresh, with the sweetness of limoncello but without the stickiness. You miss the warmth of alcohol; the lemon takes its place.
Short and fresh
A short, fresh finish. With sparkling water or alcohol-free sparkling wine, it becomes drier and more lingering.
The flavor profile of Pallini Limonzero, ice-cold. Mixed into a spritz, it is less sweet and fresher.
