De Kuyper Crème de Cassis
A fruity blackcurrant liqueur with a deep reddish-purple color, at 15% ABV. With 20 ml and a glass of bubbles, you have a Kir Royal; add a splash to a gin or vodka cocktail for color and fruitiness.

Blackcurrants in a bottle
Crème de cassis is a blackcurrant liqueur. De Kuyper's version is made with natural botanicals and handcrafted distillates and extracts, and has a deep reddish-purple color. The word crème refers to its full, sweet texture: it contains no cream.
At 15% alcohol, it is De Kuyper's lightest bottle. That makes it ideal as an addition: a splash instantly turns a glass of bubbles, white wine, or a cocktail deep red without making the drink much stronger. Its best-known use is the Kir Royal, for which De Kuyper itself provides the recipe.
