Zubrowka Rosé
Bison grass with forest fruits, rosehip and a hint of juniper. Fresh, light and, at 32% ABV, the lightest in the family. Not for drinking neat, but for serving with tonic, plenty of ice and fresh berries.

A pink long drink with bison grass
Zubrowka Rosé takes the bison grass of Bison Grass as its starting point, adding forest fruits, rosehip and a hint of juniper. The juniper gives it a light, spicy freshness you would more commonly expect from a gin, while the berries and rosehip provide color and fruitiness.
At 32% ABV, this is the lightest Zubrowka, and it is genuinely made for mixing. The maker does not recommend drinking it neat, but with tonic, plenty of ice and fresh berries. Think of it as a pink version of a gin and tonic: a large balloon glass, plenty of ice and a handful of raspberries or blackberries.
In brief
Fresh fruit with a spicy edge
Berries and rosehip
Red and blue forest fruits with the slightly tart, floral note of rosehip. The bison grass sits softly underneath.
Light and fresh
Fruity but not heavy or syrupy. The 32% ABV makes it light, while tonic brings out the freshness even more.
A hint of juniper
On the finish, juniper comes through: spicy and slightly resinous, making it finish dry rather than sweet.
The flavor profile of Zubrowka Rosé with tonic and ice, as intended. Neat, it is less balanced.
Drink Rosé slowly, chilled and with berries
Not a shot or a small sip neat: Rosé comes to life with bubbles, ice and fresh fruit.
Rosé & tonic
Fill a balloon glass to the rim with ice, then add 50 ml Zubrowka Rosé and 150 ml tonic. Garnish with a handful of fresh raspberries, blackberries or blueberries. This is the serve recommended by the maker.
