Zubrowka Raspberry
Soft and fruity, with balanced raspberry that does not become candy-like. A vodka for an ice-cold shot or fresh red cocktails such as the French Martini and the Clover Club.

Raspberry without a candy-like taste
Zubrowka Raspberry is a smooth, fruity vodka with the taste of raspberry. The producer describes the raspberry as balanced, and you can taste it: fresh and slightly tart, not sticky-sweet. It has the same 37.5% ABV as Bison Grass, so you can use it in recipes just like full-strength vodka.
It is best enjoyed in two ways: as a shot or in cocktails. Ice-cold from the freezer, it is a fruity shot, while in the shaker it replaces the vodka and some of the raspberry syrup in one go. With Sprite and lime, you have a simple, refreshing long drink.
In short
Ripe raspberry, with a fresh finish
Fresh raspberries
A clear aroma of ripe raspberry, more like fresh fruit than jam.
Soft and juicy
Soft on the palate, with juicy raspberry and a slightly tart edge that keeps it fresh.
Clean and fruity
A short, clean finish. The fruit lingers briefly without becoming sticky.
Zubrowka Raspberry's flavor profile ice-cold as a shot. With lime or lemon, the tart notes come through more strongly.
As a shot, in the shaker, or long
Raspberry is an all-rounder: small and cold, shaken with citrus, or served long with soda.
Ice-cold shot
Keep the bottle in the freezer and pour 3 to 4 cl into a chilled shot glass. A lime wedge makes the raspberry taste even fresher.
Shot glasses →Raspberry French Martini
40 ml Zubrowka Raspberry, 15 ml raspberry liqueur, and 50 ml pineapple juice, shaken hard with ice and strained into a chilled coupe. The pineapple creates a silky foam layer.
