Sourz Raspberry
One fruit, clear and distinctive: raspberry, with a fresh sour finish that balances the sweetness. Enjoyable as a shot, but especially useful in cocktails where raspberry takes centre stage.

Raspberry, and nothing else
Where Red Berry is a mix of red fruits, Sourz Raspberry sticks to one fruit: raspberry. The flavour is distinctive and full, and as with every Sourz, a sour finish follows to balance the sweetness. The alcohol content is 15%, the same as the rest of the range.
That makes it more versatile than you would expect from a shot liqueur. As a shot, it is fresh and easy to drink, but in a cocktail it does the work of raspberry syrup and a dash of acidity at the same time. With soda or prosecco, you have a light, pink spritz in a few seconds.
In brief
Juicy, sour and bright
Fresh raspberry
A clear aroma of ripe raspberries, slightly candy-like, with no noticeable alcohol.
Full of fruit
Juicy and full of raspberry fruit, sweet on the palate and then fresh and sour. Less sweet than Red Berry.
Fresh sour finish
The short, clean sour finish Sourz is known for. It makes you want to take another sip straight away.
Sourz Raspberry's flavour profile served ice-cold. In a cocktail with lemon, the sourness comes through even more.
Three ways to serve Sourz Raspberry
Raspberry is the easiest Sourz to use in a real cocktail.
Raspberry spritz
Pour 30 ml Sourz Raspberry into a chilled coupe and top up with 90 ml cold prosecco. Add a raspberry and it's ready: a quick aperitif without a shaker.
Coupes →With soda and lemon
40 ml Raspberry, 10 ml lemon juice and 150 ml soda in a highball glass filled with ice. Fresh, light and much less sweet than with 7-Up.
Highball glasses →Ice-cold as a shot
3 cl straight from the freezer in a chilled shot glass. The sour raspberry makes it one of the freshest shots from the brand.

In these recipes, Raspberry replaces the raspberry liqueur or raspberry syrup. Add less sugar, as it is already sweet.

French Martini
Vodka, raspberry liqueur and pineapple juice, shaken hard to create a layer of foam. Raspberry makes it fresher.
Clover Club
Gin, lemon, raspberry and egg white. Raspberry replaces the raspberry syrup and adds a sour note.
Raspberry Lemon Drop
Vodka, lemon and sugar with a sugar rim. A dash of Raspberry makes it a pink variation.
Raspberry Kir Royal
Normally cassis with champagne; with Raspberry and prosecco, it becomes a more sour, fresher version.More Sourz flavors
