This 45 cl Moscow Mule mug is made of aluminium, and you notice it immediately when picking it up: considerably lighter than the copper-coloured versions, while it gets just as cold just as quickly.
Lightweight works, especially behind the bar
Anyone who spends an entire shift filling and putting away mugs appreciates the difference in weight. Aluminium conducts heat excellently, so the cold from the ice travels through the wall within seconds and condensation forms on the outside. The silver-grey surface also gives the serve a sleeker, more modern look than copper: less retro, more contemporary cocktail bar. Forty-five centilitres remains the standard size for vodka, lime and ginger beer.

We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

Speakeasy
Speakeasy is de naam waaronder in dit assortiment het cocktailgereedschap staat dat zichtbaar mag zijn. Over een geschiedenis valt weinig te vertellen; het is geen oude glasfabriek maar een lijn rond één idee. De naam verwijst naar de Amerikaanse bars uit de drooglegging, waar achter gesloten deuren werd geschud, en dat zie je terug in donkere metalen en strakke lijnen.
In de praktijk koop je dit voor een thuisbar of een cocktailkaart waar het schudden zichtbaar gebeurt. De kern is een vierdelige set met Boston shaker, zeef, barlepel en jigger, in blank staal, koper, goud of zwart; daarnaast staan er zware mixglazen en bekers voor de moscow mule en de julep.
