Puschkin Nuts & Nougat
Puschkin's dessert bottle: vodka with hazelnut and nougat, at 17.5%. Not a cream liqueur, so it is not thick or heavy, but it has a flavor that calls for milk, coffee, or an ice-cold shot after dinner.

Hazelnut and nougat, but not a cream liqueur
Puschkin Nuts & Nougat is vodka flavored with hazelnut and nougat. Because the word nougat sounds so much like dessert, many people expect a creamy liqueur like Baileys. It is not: it contains no cream. The drink is clear and thin, and its nutty sweetness comes from the flavor, not dairy.
The base is the same Puschkin vodka used for the other flavors, distilled three times and finished with filtration over ice. At 17.5% alcohol, you do not drink it like vodka but as a shot or mixer. The brand recommends two ways to enjoy it: ice-cold as a shot, or mixed with milk. The latter turns it into a kind of alcoholic nut milk.
In brief
Roasted nut and sweet nougat
Hazelnut
Warm, lightly roasted hazelnut with a sweet nougat aroma. It brings to mind a nut bar or a bag of nougatine.
Sweet and nutty
Sweet and full of flavor, but thin in texture because it contains no cream. From the freezer, it feels silkier.
Nutty and warm
The hazelnut lingers for a long time, followed by a soft vodka warmth. With milk, the finish becomes smooth and creamy.
Flavor profile of Puschkin Nuts & Nougat neat and ice-cold. Diluted with milk, it scores much higher for creaminess.
Nuts & Nougat: cold, with milk or in coffee
This bottle calls for dairy or coffee. Neat and ice-cold, it is a dessert in a shot glass; mixed, it is an after-dinner drink.
As a dessert shot
2 cl straight from the freezer in a small shot glass, with coffee or alongside dessert. The cold makes it syrupy and takes the edge off.
Shot glasses →With cold milk
50 ml Nuts & Nougat with 100 ml cold whole milk in a tumbler with a few ice cubes. Give it a stir and you have a kind of nut milkshake for adults.
Tumblers →In hot coffee
30 ml Nuts & Nougat in 150 ml fresh coffee in a heat-resistant glass, topped with a collar of lightly whipped cream. Hazelnut coffee with a twist.
Irish coffee glasses →Creamy and coffee cocktails with Nuts & Nougat
In recipes with coffee liqueur, cream or milk, Nuts & Nougat adds a hazelnut note. Because it is lighter than vodka, you can use it alongside the vodka instead of replacing it.

White Russian
Vodka, coffee liqueur and cream. Replace half of the vodka with Nuts & Nougat for a hazelnut version.
Mudslide
Vodka, coffee liqueur and Irish cream. With a splash of Nuts & Nougat, it tastes like a nut tart.
Coffee cocktails
From Espresso Martini to Irish Coffee. Hazelnut and coffee are a classic combination.
Christmas cocktails
Warm and festive drinks for the holidays, which pair well with nougat and hazelnut.More Puschkin flavors
