Jim Beam Apple
Jim Beam bourbon with a fresh apple liqueur. Juicy and fresh-sweet, with bourbon's caramel notes underneath. Best enjoyed long and cold: with tonic, plenty of ice and a slice of apple.

An apple with a bourbon edge
Jim Beam Apple is a blend of Kentucky straight bourbon and apple liqueur. The liqueur provides a juicy, fresh and sweet apple flavor, while the bourbon brings the caramelized notes Jim Beam is known for. As a result, it has an alcohol content of 32.5%, lower than the White Label's 40%.
Where Honey is warm and rounded, Apple is fresh and light. That makes it the summer Jim Beam: enjoyable neat over ice, but especially in a highball. With tonic it is dry and refreshing; with soda or ginger ale, slightly sweeter. An easy introduction for anyone who finds bourbon a little strong.

Three refreshing ways to drink Jim Beam Apple
Jim Beam Apple is made for long, cold drinks. Plenty of ice is the most important ingredient.
Apple & Tonic
Fill a highball glass with ice, pour in 40 ml Jim Beam Apple and top up with 120 ml tonic. Stir briefly and garnish with a slice of lemon or apple.
Highball glasses →Apple highball
40 ml Jim Beam Apple with 150 ml chilled soda in a tall glass full of ice. Drier than with tonic, while the apple stays bright.
Highball recipe →Over ice
40 ml over a few large ice cubes in a tumbler. The cold keeps the apple fresh and the sweetness in check.
Tumblers →Summer cocktails with Jim Beam Apple
Think cocktails with fizz, mint and lemon. The apple makes them fresher and fruitier.

Whiskey Highball
Whiskey with plenty of ice and chilled soda. Apple makes it a fruity, lighter variation.
Mint Julep
Bourbon, mint, sugar and crushed ice. Apple makes it fresher, and you can halve the sugar.
Apple Whiskey Sour
Bourbon, lemon and egg white, with less sugar. Apple and lemon are a natural pairing.
