Cîroc Summer Watermelon is a limited edition from Cîroc's summer range. It tastes of delicate, natural watermelon. Underneath is the vodka that defines the brand: made from French grapes, including Mauzac Blanc from Gaillac, and distilled five times. This fresh, bright base pairs well with watermelon, which is naturally light and watery-sweet.
Because it is a limited edition, Summer Watermelon is not available all year round. If you see a bottle, it is mainly intended for long, chilled drinks on a warm day. Cîroc has its own serve, with lemonade, soda water and cranberry; you can find it below.

The official serve
40 ml Cîroc Summer Watermelon, 20 ml lemonade, 40 ml soda water and 10 ml cranberry juice over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a watermelon slice and a lime wedge.

Muddle half a lime cut into wedges with 2 teaspoons of cane sugar in a tumbler, add crushed ice and pour 50 ml of Summer Watermelon over it. Stir well.

Put the bottle in the freezer for a few hours and pour 2 cl into a chilled shot glass, with a cube of fresh watermelon on the side.
