Bumbu Cream
Rum, spices, and real cream in the familiar Bumbu bottle. Smooth, creamy, and with a distinct cinnamon note: a dessert in itself over ice, and a warm, spiced twist in coffee or a White Russian.

A rum-based cream liqueur
Bumbu Cream is not rum but a cream liqueur: a blend of artisanal rum, selected spices, and real cream. It comes from Barbados, just like Bumbu The Original, and has 15% alcohol. That is considerably less than the 40% in The Original and XO, making it smooth enough to drink neat over ice.
What sets it apart from most cream liqueurs is its spiciness. While many cream liqueurs mainly taste of vanilla and chocolate, Bumbu Cream clearly showcases cinnamon and Caribbean spices. This makes it a great match for coffee and desserts, as well as creamy cocktails in which you would normally use an Irish cream liqueur.
In brief
Creamy with a hint of cinnamon
Cinnamon and cream
Sweet cream with cinnamon and warm spices, underpinned by a hint of rum.
Soft and full-bodied
Velvety smooth and creamy, with cinnamon and baking spices. The alcohol is barely noticeable.
Spiced sweet

Flavor profile of Bumbu Cream chilled over ice. In hot coffee, the spices come through more strongly.
Three ways to serve Bumbu Cream
Bumbu Cream is best served cold and simple. A few ice cubes or a cup of coffee is often all you need.
On ice
5 cl of Bumbu Cream over a few ice cubes in a small tumbler. The ice makes it slightly lighter and more refreshing without taking away the cream and cinnamon.
Tumblers →In coffee
3 cl of Bumbu Cream in a cup of fresh, hot coffee or a lungo, optionally topped with whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon. A Caribbean take on coffee with liqueur.
Coffee cocktails →As a chilled liqueur with dessert
Well chilled from the refrigerator, pour 3 cl into a small liqueur glass alongside apple pie, banana bread, or vanilla ice cream. Or pour it directly over ice.
